Please help! My receiver 4922 has been misbehaving lately. It will change to black and white after 5-10 minutes of switching it on. Is there any software to correct this?

I moved my dish to 10e but did not get the feed either.I heard Ptv National aired Sunderland game yesterday and this reminded me of one channel called True 1 on Thaicom 5 used to air live epl but only bottom of the table clash!

1. Remove power cable from the
back of the decoder
2. Press down channel button
(up and down keys) while
plugging back the power cable. A
blue screen will come up.
3. Cancel the software update
(press exit to cancel)
4. Scroll and type to change
frequency (MHz) to 12565 and
symbol rate (kSym/s) to 30000.
5. Click ok to update software.
