U cant get those channels with 1m dish, despite having 70% signal on afn channels with my 1m dish still cant hit green on 12703v27500

So are u saying I shldnt bother myself using 1.8m to track it. I checked thru lygnsat if it is possible and I say it is bt tut I mit need better LNB to do it dats y am asking if anyone has used it and gotten better result

Apart from opening OTC sport on 9e what else considering am in southern Africa especially this time that most PV chs are gone.

Good evening guys, please is anybody still watching MYTV free to view channels on mytv complaint decoders? (I know they stopped it for non mytv complaint decoders). I have srt 4935,(which is a mytv decoder) when I put it on, it will show those channels for a few minutes n then display scrambled channel in some cases, smart card not inserted (or something like that). Any solution please?

Of you do exactly that you won't hit green. When lowering the dish, you need to shift it like one cm to your left while standing at the back. Lnb to be at 9 o'clock, it's little better than 3 o'clock.

The People that are finding it difficult to track nigcomsat are those people that are using decoder to track or those using all those latest satfinder, u better search KPT 968G satfinder you will never miss any satelite signal, there was a time I tracked ptv sport with 2.4m dish I got 15%, but when I plugged the cable to decoder no signal was detected, using a satfinder that will detect any level of satelite signal is very good for you to adjust your dish to get the actual signal, since I started tracking satelite I have never miss any satelite signal, if the size of the dish is not enough for the sat normal decoder won't detect any signal, if you need the picture of the satfinder I will post it here.

If u want to track nigcomsat first track dst tight the back bolt & bring ur disc down gently, u Will nail d sat

it use to see some mpeg 4 signal like joytv and nigcomsat even Sony.it will detect the signal up to 15 to 25% and on ur 49922a decoder for example will be like 72-75 % that's d way it works

its cool then so long it can detects mpeg4 signals,after all,most of our gurus who are well vast in sat gear can still track mpeg4 signals with mpeg2 decoder.

Most time it is necessary not because they used decoder or uses latest satlink, latest satlink are even more updated with the latest farmwares that are adaptive to the satellites, the reasons are that some people never wanted to seat down and learn how and what it reqiured to track a satellite and they never wanted to employ the services of a trained installer to do it for them, rather they believe DIY, just imargin an installer will be asking what frequency, symbol rate, polirization and size of dish that can be used to track a particular satellite, he never try to find out himself one day how to determined the size of satellite for with all the software and sites available like lynsat, flysat etc to check all the necessary requirements, I used the most latest satlink which is regarded as the best satellite finder and I never had any difficulties tracking a satellite, one thing I do before tracking a satellite is to find out the frequency symbol rate and the size of dish required for a satellite before aligning my dish to satellite, friends if you want to be a good installer study hard, if anybody is doubting me try and come to me am very free I will give u some orientations that can help u to track your satellite like a piece of bread, with the available tools I have for now.please don't track satellite mechanically it has to be properly aligned to get a good reception of Ur desired channels.

@skygalaxy, Paulo, sunnene1,and others, let me reply your comments, the price of that satfinder in the market now is 33,000,to 35,000, it tracks all satelite signal be it mpeg2, mpeg4, HD, DVBS2 and others, but it can display mpeg2 videos, But the satfinder signal alarm and signal meter detect all signal, MODE OF SIGNAL DISPLAY: if you are tracking ku band, any signal you get on this Sat meter it will be +15% on a normal decoder, example: if you have 55% on the sat meter it will be 70% on 4922A decoder, the same apply to Cband satelite, but on sport 24HD if you get up to 15 to 19% it will be 50% on 4950H with latest software. REMEMBER: I have never failed to get any signal with this very satfinder. be caution they have different type of this kind of satfinder, just make sure it kpt-968G, if you need it contact me on this number 08069338224
