Maybe the lnb horizontal (H) is weak since only vertical (V) is working. change ur lnb and replace with another and if it continue Report to the house.

That should be the case i remember having this issue sometimes back when i had to play with the lnb & others wil stop showing.

Most cband lnbs are rated either 15k or 17k temperature level. Today I found one rated 35k. Under what circumstances would such an lnb be needed? Its a stargold Fuji make.
