Acura TL is a very good car both the 3.5 and 3.7 engine-rated. The issue will the manufacturing year anything manufactured after 09 2010 comes with a timing chain whereas prior-year comes with a timing belt. To be on the safe side try and buy a 3.7 shawd version those have a timing chain. If you prefer 3.5 i go with 2011 upwards. The timing chain is warranty for one million miles in fact they never need changing. The timing belt needs changing every hundred thousand miles. Beautiful and powerful car, with Interchangeable parts with Honda

Even the Nissan manual recommends 50K change interval. Of course regular engine oil change in still require @ 3k miles or 90 days

I was responding to your claim of changing CVT oil as being the only maintenance you need on the car.
That itself is a wrong claim.

the good thing about the new custom duty is that it makes newer cars cheaper. 2002 corolla pays 850k as duty same as 2013 corolla. 2019 Camry now pays a duty of 2.6m as against 4.2m before. So ur 2009 Benz has the same duty as 2019 Camry. But people crying will never say this.
