Inclusion of Women in the work sectors is not limited to gender equality even though it is a major factor. There are other benefits that comes with having women onboard.

Overtime we have seen how effective Women's innovative ideas are to the total productivity of the company or organisation they are in.

There are several figures to back up this claim. In particular, statistics shown by a research carried out by Boston Consulting Group and the Technical University of Munich, has shown that companies with the greatest gender diversity (those in which 8 out of every 20 managers were female) generated about 34% of their revenues from innovative products and services in the most recent three-year period.

Fortune 500 companies with at least three women in leading positions saw a 66% increase in ROI and have a purchasing power of an estimated $5 trillion.

Again it is a win win situation for all!.
