If he’s convicted after winning but before swearing in, he will be dropped and his running mate will be sworn in as governor. But I don’t think any candidate manipulated by Nyesom Wike can win any election from prison, more like wike will go & join him to explain which money he was dashing to Real Madrid when he was Governor of Rivers State.

Ikwerre can not be sidelined in Rivers State politics. The governor to be comes from a different senatorial zone. The deputy is zoned to the senatorial zone the Ikwerres are in majority.

Congratulations to him but I think APC would take over from the State by 2023. Gone are the days Rivers State is a PDP predominant state but now Rivers People knows what they want more than now. If APC flag out Tonye Cole then he may likely be the winner.

But Sim Fubara is an alien to Rivers people and Rivers politics no matter the backings of Gov. Wike.

Wike came on board as a result of protest vote to Amaechi and APC compared to what Amaechi did our son Goodluck Jonathan but now the sins of ex gov Amaechi has been forgiven but not completely.

Only Rivers People has the cure to Wike madness and this time he would be delivered.
