Despite having many unique ethnic groups, Zoning has made the polital atmosphere in Delta State peaceful for a very long time now, Governorship is just rotating among the 3 Senatorial districts.

But the question still remains, is zoning producing the best hands that can take the Blessed State to the next level of development ?
