Yes, the first criteria for northern muslims is religion. Both Tinubu and Atiku pass this test.

Then don't forget the second consideration is region.
With a Tinubu/Christian ticket, the norther muslims will rather go for Atiku. Blood is thicker than water.

If Tinubu chooses a xtian as his VP he stands not a BAT in hell's chance of becoming Nigeria's president.
