As Atiku just named Okowa as his running mate, it means nothing for SE in Pdp should Atiku wins.
President - NE
VP- SS
SP should be NW
Speaker SW
Dem the below position is what is left for SE

In Apc even though Tinubu is yet to announce this VP, he's definitely going north which ever region
President - SW
VP- NE/NW
SP should go to SS
NC and loser of the SP might contest the speaker position

Obi has been busy campaigning for himself while neglecting LP candidates vying for different positions. Those are the people who could have mobilized more grass root voters as they will also want to win.

Should Obi lose the election which is most likely, SE as a region won't have reasonable stakes in the 2 major political party in Nigeria Apc and Pdp

As you know my friend, Lp poses no threat to APC and PDP..

So , the actual person to lead Nigeria is coming from both parties... grin

Good..

That is what secessionists have been praying for...Now because the SE politicians have lost and will be treated as underdogs, they will now covertly sponsor the separation because they will feel cheated and remember they have the cash

Good one..

Yen yen Yen!!! Who cares if your delusional politicians sponsors osisioma youths or Al-Qaeda? Is it not your region that would suffer it? You people want to hold us ransom abi. We can't vote for igbo under duress...

Igbos are bunch of many unserious clowns betraying the Nigerian state for more than half a century. When you talk about betrayals they ranked very high.

The earlier would be better. That's why Obi needs to invest time in campaigning for LP candidates contesting for different positions. If the party is able to present credible candidates who can deliver dividends of democracy to the people they are representing, that would be one of the good points in 2027

and who told you that grin Ifeanyi okowa may be from Delta state, but he is an Igbo man, the reason Atiku picked him.

Atiku need SS votes and also some SE votes, he will be making a grave mistake choosing VP from East when obi is on the ballot.
You all should stop all these geo political nonsense in south, their are Fulani everywhere in the north,

Thank you for making sound analysis. If Atiku wins, Okowa is still Igbo, and Obi will lead opposition which may take power after 8 years

Thank you. Wike and his ikwere people deny being Igbo, Atiku known he will not appeal to SE voters. Okowa has been Igbo throughout

since the civil war, No one from Igbo has made it to the presidency or vice. Igbos has thrived in business despite that.

It's pertinent to note that an average Igbo man wants a good government and thriving economy not a just a political position to be filled.

Igbo's are supporting Peter Obi because they believe the economy will be better with him as president not because Igbo's has anything to benefit from that.

It's not really a do or die affair for an Igbo man, they have been surviving since independence, do you think another eight years makes a difference? Igbo's has never been cowed to support anything because of a political post, come 2023, Peter Obi win or lose, an Igbo man don't really care.

Ifeanyi Okowa, governor of Delta state which is in SS region.

Btw, whose interest would Okowa represent most as VP?

SE or SS?

Atiku and Pdp supporters that are Southerners minus igbos are sore losers

everybody Southerner has forgotten a Northerner just ruled..The people mentioning Obi and tinubu even try self..atleast they are championing the south. But to hear people say atiku after one northerner just ruled is krazy....it's just sickening

We have chased pDP away for good,Let get ApC out of there for God sake..

Re: Atiku's VP: SE Indirectly Schemed Themselves Out From The 2 Major Party by AmehTsaev: 1:41pm On Jun 16, 2022
You've shown once again why you're smart by half, with Obi on the ballot and with the massive tide of support and momentum he's getting nationwide (not online anymore), it would be political harakiri of epic proportions for Atiku to settle for a SE VP when it's clear 90% of Igbos of the SE are already on the PO train...so choosing a SS VP of igbo ethnic stock was a way to not only appeal to the possibility of some SE votes since Okowa is very pro-South East unlike Wike...but Okowa also seems an ideal leveler to garner enough South South votes for Atiku, Wike is too unrefined and loud to appeal to the South South electorate except in his Rivers state.
