EBMedia:What has illiteracy got to do with vote buying and election malpractice, it deals with somebody's conscience, The inec residence electoral commissioners that normally manipulate election results are not illiterates, the professors from the universities used as returning officers that announce manipulated results are not illiterates, just do your bit and leave the rest to God 1 Like |
