This is the outcome of 2 states in 3yrs, Ogun state is so blessed with many resources at their disposal than Oyo state, Seyi Makinde is making Pensioner Smile, DAPO Abiodun is making Pensioner cry. Dividend of democracy can only be exercised by govt that came prepared like GSM. Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu will put a smile on the face of Ogun State Pensioners.
