Edozie Njoku and his Co-travellers Must be Arrested for Perjury and Forgery!

Below is a Simple Extrapolation of the Undiluted Facts of the Issue in Question;

The Supreme Court of Nigeria on October 14, 2021 delivered a judgment in the suit filed by one Jude Okeke, who as it were has turned out to be a ghost!

In the said suit, the court affirmed the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Kano which categorically stated that Ozonkpu Dr. Victor Ike Oye is the authentic national chairman of APGA.

It dismissed the appeal of Jude Okeke and all the motions relating to it. The court also dismissed the application for joinder made by the impostor Edozie Njoku and others, and awarded a cost of N1m to APGA and Ozonkpu.

It is instructive to note that the said Edozie Njoku was never a party to the suit at the Supreme Court. Even at the Court of Appeal, Kano his appeal was dismissed.

From the blues Edozie Njoku, after the suit he filed at the Federal High Court, Abuja over the leadership of APGA was struck out, started parading what he called a reviewed judgment of the Supreme Court which was delivered on October 14, 2021 and matter closed.

Now, this is where the entire saga assumes an interesting twist and exposes the crass criminality of the said Edozie Njoku and his band of satanic infidels....

Our inquiry at the Supreme Court showed that he doctored the lead judgement of Justice Mary Odili to mislead INEC. But to his utter disappointment INEC was wiser for it and ignored his brazen shenanigan.

The truth of the matter is that Edozie Njoku is not a member of APGA as he was drowned in Imo river a long time ago by his ward excos who roundly expelled him from the party last year. Till this moment, that expulsion has neither been revoked nor challenged! Hence, Edozie Njoku does not exist in the eye of the law.

Put simply and straight, he is a chronic imposter and meddlesome interloper, a political gangster whose stock in trade is brazen forgery, crass criminality, and arrant extortion of gullible citizens.

Recall that APGA under the ebullient and dynamic leadership of Ozonkpu Dr. Victor Ike Oye held a national convention on May 31, 2021 in Awka duly monitored by an INEC team led by a national commissioner, Prof. Anthonia Simbine.

In the evening of the same day we saw on the social media that Edozie Njoku claimed that he held a national convention of his own "APGA" in a hotel in Owerri.

This was mere subterfuge as thorough investigation showed that he just holed up in a hotel room in Owerri awaiting the outcome of our national convention.

For more clarity, let's pose this question: "Can INEC monitor two different national conventions by the same party, the same day?" Of course, the answer is a capital No.

The truth is that Edozie Njoku and his co-travellers are notorious for coming up with the same ploy of laying claim to the leadership of our great party every election circle.

He did the same thing in the run-up to the Anambra State Governorship Election in 2021 where he even stood as the Governorship candidate of his own so-called APGA.. .

This is a man who comes from Mbaise in Imo State standing for Governorship Election in Anambra State as a candidate.... Now, can you begin to know!

But as expected INEC ignored him and he fizzled away as all lies always do.

Now he has come again with another ploy, but this time he will meet his waterloo as the matter has been duly reported to the police.

It is important to conclude that by saying that characters like Edozie Njoku should be caged in Police custody lest they pollute our democracy and bring the collective efforts of true democrats and Progressives to utter ruin. So help us God!
