Selfish Union !
If we must get it right, this strike must continue. They're not selfish. Is it too much to ask for a better education sector than what's obtainable at the moment?

All existing unions are legitimised by their continued existence.

I.e. If they did not 'need' to exist, circumstances would have done away with them over time.

Let's see if ASUU is one.

What's now the gain of the students;

This is selfishness of the highest order, you know. You guys should have planned and include that as part of the struggle. You can't just sit at home doing nothing and still be expecting to get paid. Haba!.

From their statement it seems the no work no pay policy, is beginning to affect them seriously.

I am sensing weakness, soon the ASUU members will revolt against their leadership.

Shame on every member of this body called ASUU, overtime I used to think the government is at fault all the time and that they were fighting for our educational system but have come to realize that they are just selfish and self centered..

ASUU is not realistic here, how can you say even if it is one year or two years you will wait. Was the university created for lecturers or for students? I pity Nigerian students that don't even have a say in this matter.

Now tho is what Buharis Maladministration has brought to us. The whole Nigerians is mornining .

The FGN will still pay all these money ooo..

Why suffer them when you know you don't have the balls NOT TO EVER PAY them

They strike for months, you withhold salary.....they resume after negotiations and you will pay all the salary arrears ..

Only the Students suffers and the Parents.

In 2007 pdp told us Yaradua is a professor of the Ivory Tower, Jonathan Goodluck his deputy is a professor of the Ivory Tower, they came into office, yet they were not able to settle this ASUU nonsense once & for all, yet some ignorant mumus will blame a soldier for the problem?

Oblivious Hypocrisy is indeed a curse.

That two professors from the Ivory tower failed does not mean a soldier (who once headed the nation) should fail. They're all failures and should be seen as such.

The soldier is more of a serial failure though
