Besides trying to rig on the day by buying votes and disrupting polling in areas the feel are the oppositions stronghold….another ace up their sleeve is to try and sabotage PVC collection in the south-east and south-south, and we saw part of this play out when there were news reports of a lack of registration machines in cities and towns in the south-east a few weeks back!

There’s only one set of people desperate, powerful, wealthy, diabolical and machiavellian enough to buy the conscience of some INEC and security officials!

INEC will never release PVCs for voters in
igbo dominated areas like Lagoss, SE and SS. While in the North and Niger Republic, INEC is doing door to door registration. All these "get your PVC'' is an effort in futility.

In the North, they will bring your PVC to your mosque or house. Even primary school pupils have PVC. You can never see any queue or hear any complain about PVC registration and collection challenges over there.

Rigging for the North does not start on election day, it starts with PVC registration. INEC is tribalistic and religiously biased. It seems South have been colonized.
