2023: Yoruba, Politics And Religion. by JagabanLagos: 12:25pm On Jul 16, 2022 |
There's a reason why "Christian-Christian" and "Muslim-Muslim" doesn't matter to the Yoruba's. That reason is because mostly, Yorubas are traditionalist. Both Muslims and Christians are minority in Yoruba. I will repeat this here, Yorubas are mostly traditionalist. I wish all tribes in Nigeria can be like Yoruba. Religion would have been the least of our problem. Hopefully, Tinubu/Shettima won't give a Nigerians reason to fear Muslim/Muslim or Christian/Christian after their tenure. The first bridge is to end religion when selecting leaders in Nigeria. Then we can work on ending tribalism when selecting leaders. But now, we need to consider tribe cause we don't trust ourselves yet. That's why APC zoned ticked to the South. Religion shouldn't be a factor. We should only be carefully in electing religion extremists. VOTE JAGABAN 2023 |
