For God's sake get brain nah. Ebubeagu in the east was dead on arrival because the Governors were political about it. Hope Uzodimma of Imo(Apc) rejected most propositions because he wanted to form his own for Imo alone. He went and hired thugs and gave them, Ak47 with not less than 3 magazines each and Named them Ebubeagu. They are the one that killed these youths.
