Bankruptcy:We Must Recover $600 Billion Looted Since 1960 By Government Official.

The most alarming news was released yesterday Abuja, Zainab Ahmed, minister of finance, budget and national planning, said urgent action is urgently required to address revenue underperformance and expenditure efficiency at national and sub-national levels. Nigeria is now officially bankrupt as our debt servicing surpassed revenue by N310 billion. This is the most alarming news release since independence in 1960 and due and low education level of the average Nigerian, this received just a passing glance by majority of Nigerians who are financially illiterate. This is no longer sustainable, and if something is not done urgently to address this the country is heading for total collapse.

There are many countries in the western world with high debt to gdp ratio but they have 24 hour electricity, world class hospitals and education system, good road network and social security systems to show for the high debt levels. Our country has one of one of the worst infrastructural deficits in the world and has nothing to show for all the borrowed funds: poor electricity supply, poor education facilities, poor road network, poot transport network and no social security system.

Nigeria has been plundered for far too long by it's fantastically corrupt political and military establishment since 1960 and it was only a matter of time before the country became bankrupt at national and sub-national level.
