I feel he chose Okowa simply for the financial war chest he can deliver in terms of campaign funds. This coming election will be very competitive and financially ruinous.

Wike's only qualification for office was his financing of PDP. He felt entitled and is an extremely ambitious fellow and isn't submissive.
