PVCs DISCOVERED IN UNCOMPLETED BUILDING IN BAYELSA

Hundreds of temporary and Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs, have been discovered in an uncompleted building along the Imiringi/Ogbia road in Bayelsa state.

The PVCs, found by a security organisation, the Nigeria Hunters Association during one of their outings, were allegedly stashed by hoodlums in a bag in the building.

The assistant Commandant, Nigeria Hunters Association, Bayelsa state chapter, komoda E. Komoda, speaking to Silverbird Rhythm 94.7FM Yenagoa correspondent Henry Ahamuefula, noted that upon arrival at the scene, the hoodlums absconded, leading to their discovery of the PVCs

The North is always afraid
I don't know why they want to deliberately disenfranchise the South from voting

And they will give PVC to even their dogs to vote up North.

Crazy stuff! Then INEC will reel out very sick statistics based on which a particular section of the country will already be declared winner before elections while others are seen as politically unserious or uninvolved
