. This is wickedness.Must the federal government make stringent policies for Nigerians in order to generate funds.5% excise duty? By 2023 the Hausa reign will end for the next 8 years.

If the APC wins the next election, these taxes would get worse. Their candidate has been known for increasing taxes anywhere he can.

The funny thing is, it's still those who were paying the previous amount that would be paying this. Even though their income hasn't increased.

Una go hear word eventually for this country.

You banned crypto trading with naira.
You stopped us from buying international goods by limiting our cards etc
Yet it didn't help the naira.

Now that you still have money better start building refineries, importing tractors and distributing fertilizers so people can start farming large scale.
Also provide loans for farmers and start up companies so we can produce and export to bring in dollars.

But no the old monkeys with their analogue brains won't think about that.

By the time the world completely goes green energy, there would be nothing but ghosts of the giant of Africa that remains.

As bad and ruthless as Abacha was, he had feelings for the welfare of the citizens more than Buhari and APC.

Abacha reduced company income tax from 45% to 30% among other major reliefs.

I know the next thing APC will target is to increase corporate tax rate even after pushing the manufacturing sector down on its face

They hated Obi so much and if he wins, you think they would participate in the development he's going to create in the country? Nah, some of them have vowed to commit suicide should peter Obi win next year and so shall it be for them

Lol... Exercise duty on services. Our economy has been too shallow. So telecommunications, banking and oil gas is heavily relied on.

We wasted the last 7 years.

Domino effect of voting a very clueless man to be our leader. He lacks what it takes to lead a nation. Soon we will be taxed breathing in and out.

Buhari is just imposing taxes for him and his cronies to steal without creating an enabling environment for everyone to be able to get access to the basic necessities of life.

This was the same minister that spoke yesterday that the country economy is doing well and now she is here again saying that the revenue gotten from the sector she claim was contributing to improving the economy is not providing enough. The government parastatals will impoverish the economy, the ordinary masses will be made to bear the brunt. It's unfortunate.
