A man in Gombe state has opened a free barbing saloon as a grassroots means of campaigning for Peter Obi. The Obi campaign structure is building gradually as the youths are sponsoring the campaign of Mr Obi. However, the man said that the bar ion saloon will be open 3 times a week to assist the people looks good.
