I remembered when I was newly posted to my new office as the head of department in ICT section of the organization, I once told my superior that I wanted to go repair my car, he was like.... U get car, abi na motor, abi na bysicle leg chain u wan go fix...


Na so I stand there dey look like zombie, bcoz the mata weak me, I went to fix the car, I just kukuma follow there go my house go sleep, he gave me 20 missed calls, Las Las na my babe pick am tell am say I forget my phone for her house.... My senior colleague at my former office always said derogatory things about me as a joke,elevated my junior in privileges,etc.

One day I stood up to him and challenged him.
Till I left there,he had respect for my person and my office.

Trust.the recent experience is bullying imposed by this economic Quang mire. Employers realized that the business is not doing well. Trust that the first culprit is the employees. The mistake most of them make is to sacrifice quality for quantity, which backfires in lack of productivity and creativity. The organization sinks deeper. They now start looking for COO to put things right. It can't work!!!
