As it stands now Tinubu of the APC remains the man to beat in this election. Peter Obi has clearly cut into Tinubu's sphere of influence, especially in the Southwest. It seems the reason for this is the Muslim Muslim ticket the APC is flying.

If an opinion poll is taken at this time, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP will certainly be in the third position.

What's clear is that Nigeria is having a new president by may 2023. Will it be a southern president, or will it remain in the north with Atiku, another Fulani. The south right now is so divided that many think it will benefit Atiku.
