had it been Wike won the PDP ticket you'd see how they'd be attacking the south south daily. That's their way.
They don't have anything but they'd criticize those that have , Imagine the landlocked region saying they want river port, where as they know port Harcourt, Warri, Calabar have ports and coastline for port expansion, if there's no ulterior motive why would they be clamouring for river ports when they can use those ports if dredged and expanded?
They claim Lagos is no man's land . Yet their victim mentality is next to none in the whole country . They only want you for what they can gain from you but holds their resentment for you at the same time .

They lost all when in 1967 some of their elders said they no wan to be part of Biafra. Gowon promptly created Rivers and Cross River states to cut them out of Biafra. Arewa since then colonised the oyel.

It is attached to Delta State please. The Public Hearing for the Enviromental Impact Assessment took place in Asaba in 2004. Actually, the field is over 140 kilometres away from the nearest shoreline, which is Delta State.

I am one of the first few human beings that ever worked on the field from inception, SCARABEO 7 (SAIPEM OWNED) drilled the development wells in the early 2000s

I guess those that built wonderful cities in Europe and North America are collecting 10% from the cities/states since they built infrastructures that improved the igr of the state! undecided

I don't know why the average blackman is wired with a slave mentality!

A man aspired to serve, got elected by the people and then turnaround to be siphoning monies off the people; and you are here praising and worshipping him!

Lol. Awa oyel wailer. You dissuade yourself from Igbos, but cry when Igbos want to dredge a river and mind their business. Who do you this Water resources bill is coming and that swamp you call home will be taking away from you by the Fulanis. Won't be surprised if you came here to blame the Igbos because they want a river port. Mind your business, let Igbos mind theirs.

funny thing, they thought they were doing Igbos, but they were shooting themselves in their feet. They were receiving more than 50% under the eastern region, today how far? Even that 13%, Igbos helped them to acquire that percentage when nobody stood by them.

One idiot minority idiot insulted Igbos that they're landlocked, at the same time, crying that Igbos are campaign for a river port. You don't like Igbos, but you want Igbos to campaign for a port not situated in Igbo land. If you talk about ss/se uniting, their Ogogoro drinking as5 will come out screeching from their swamp, but he wants Igbos to camp for their port. Water resources bill is coming lol.

Anyway, it's hightime Igbos started looking out for their interests.

Do you know how many nautical miles from the shoreline these fields are ?
Are you talking to fools?!?
In a Biafra or Niger Delta Republic, will a God-forsaken Fulani be signing deals concerning the Atlantic ocean no matter the distance from the shoreline?!?!

Zik created the problem. Pa Edwin Clark and few elders from Rivers, Crossriver & AkwaIbom are still alive. The IBOS celebrated Zik of Africa.

The Yoruba Council of Elders said Zik was rewarded for this feat with the naming of Abuja Airport after him. They gave a brief historical account of how Zik betrayed Awolowo.

Well, that is not the issue now. Modern exploration techniques have made it possible for oil prospects in Chad Basin. FG has spent billion of dollars to prospect for oil in the North for over 3 decades and we are grateful there is large oil and gas reserves in the North. As a young man in Secondary School several decades ago during military era, an old man told us in PortHarcourt that it was Azikiwe that sold the South to the North because of his selfishness. A Ghanaian also told me it was Zik that sold the Southern Nigeria to the North. All the old elites in Ghana, Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast and few other African countries know the historical problems of Nigeria.

The IBOS never wanted anybody to talk about Zik and the foundation of the problem. Now, there is oil everywhere.
