Our problem is the North and their fake number they use to intimidate the South to win election, they don't even produce oil and yet they have the control, once oil is discovered in the North they will start to agitate for separation from Nigeria.
North are not civil rulers, and they have ruled Nigeria to a dead end for a long time.
Our main problem is that the South is not united...A united South will give the North a run for their money..

Let me drop my analysis.

Atiku- Did far better than Buhari during his reign as vice president, at least he should be able to take us back to 2005. But, that's still average.

Obi- Didn't do well as a young governor, but he seems to have a plan, and idea, to make Nigeria great. And he is young.

Tinubu: he is a bit above average with his performance as a governor, and make sure any government that doesn't do well will not go a second term. But, he is old.

Kwankwaso: An average governor, still better than Buhari, who is the only major politician not tried or accused of corruption. He is also young

But, overall, they are all failure, they shouldn't be bold enough to tell us they will make Nigeria great, which they couldn't do as young governors/vice president. They can't do more that what they've done before.

Let's vote a new person, let's vote Accordingly!

Have you been to anambra, Kano? To judge both of them? As the average anambra man or woman, Kano man or woman, who you just act like the normal Nigerian, “ oh Na so e be, then na so e be for you be that “ no research

Effective Communication: A Veritable Tool For Good Governance, The Prof. Ikonne Example!

By Uche Aguoru

Successful leaders globally craft ways of communicating directly with the masses, good communication skills are considered to be the most imperative skill a leader must possess.

Former United States President Bill Clinton often creates time out of his official schedule to visit cafes unannounced just to interact directly with ordinary American and take back direct and truthful opinions of his government.

It has been proven that for effective and result-oriented leadership to take place at any level, it is obligatory for a leader to ensure policy commitment, persuasion, responsibility, sound planning, creation and management of value system and to provide support and motivation to the people, and the only means of ensuring citizen involvement and buy-in is through participatory governance using effective and direct communication approach as a tool.

Leadership is an innate skill that is expressed through effective policy communication, as a leader Prof. Eleazar Uche Ikonne, is innovative, inspirational, and accessible, as the Vice Chancellor of Abia State University he introduced participatory governance and set up an effective communication structure that gave every student of the school direct access to him, he gave dedicated phone numbers for students to reach him directly through SMS only, in case they are in need of assistance at any time and that restored the confidence of the students in his administration, it effectively curbed victimization, harassment and abuse of students by some lecturers which unfortunately is a phenomenon in many tertiary institutions in Nigeria today.

Knowing the effectiveness of communication in leadership, He introduced the placement of suggestion boxes at strategic places where public opinions on specifics were collated and discussed in management meetings every Monday which affords the school management the opportunity to intervene in matters that require urgent attention, and public opinions were harvested and treated, it also made the entire university participants in the university administration, there are testimonies from staff and students how he would most often stroll into hostels, classrooms and staff offices without any security accompanying him for unofficial chats.

Prof. Ikonne instituted town hall meetings with students, teaching, and non-teaching staff giving every member of the university community the opportunity to be heard and their concerns addressed.

Many Universities today are still having problems between the university and the host community, under his watch as the Vice Chancellor, he set up a Relationship Committee as a proactive organ saddled with issues of ensuring cordiality between the university and Uturu, the host community, and the outcome was peaceful coexistence between the university and host community.

Prof. Ikonne is an epitome of administrative ingenuity at its best, he understands leadership and the effectiveness of citizens' participation in governance and that is the beauty of Ikonne's Participatory Governance.

Come 2023, under the government of Prof. Uche Ikonne, Abians will enjoy a government that will connect with the citizens, and everybody will participate and contribute to making the decisions that will guide governance.

For Participatory governance, experience, capacity, preparedness, and competence

Let's Support Prof. Ikonne for a greater and more productive Abia

He sold the companies at give away prices to himself, to his boss Obasanjo, and their families, relatives and friends.

I must give it to you that you're the most sensible Tinubu supporter that I have seen, so I'm not here to trade words with you, but can I ask you some question, Don't you think that he is too old to handle Nigeria problem at this time? Secondly, don't you also think that he should have allowed one of these his proteges to run, someone like Prof Osibanjo. He would have still had the same effect on Nigerians with a healthier person on seat and still control things from the background. But I guess Emi lokan, he thinks it is his turn, whether he dies there or not.
NigeriaIsGreat:
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW PETER OBI CABINET WHEN HE WAS THE GOVERNOR OF ANAMBRA STATE AND WHERE ARE THEY NOW POLITICALLY...

*LOOK AT TINUBU's CABINET AS GOVERNOR OF LAGOS STATE..

*LAI MOHAMMED* Chief of Staff from Kwara.

*YEMI OSINBANJO,* Attorney General from Ogun.

*WALE EDUN*,Finance Commissioner from Ogun.

*DELE ALAKE* Commissioner for Information from Ekiti

*RAUF AREGBESOLA* Commissioner for Works from Osun State.

*BEN AKABUEZE* Commissioner for Budget and Planning from Anambra State.

*FEMI LANLEHIN, SA* from Oyo State.

*AUTHUR WORREY* Commissioner for Lands from Delta State.

*HON. JAMES ABIODUN FALAKE*, third term Federal House of Representatives member, Representing Ikeja Federal Constituency - From Kogi State.

To name a few.

*For the eight years that he ruled Lagos*
He hired several guys to work with him. Apart from using them to work in his government, he also groomed them politically.

*Twelve years down the line* , see where those Tinubu guys are today -

1. PROF YEMI OSINBANJO, SAN was Tinubu's Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
He is today, Nigeria's Vice President.

2. *RAUF AREGBESOLA* was Tinubu's Commissioner for Works. Today he is a Minister after serving 8 years as Governor of Osun State.

3. *"BABATUNDE RAJI FASHIOLA SAN* was Tinubu's Chief of Staff. Today he is a Minister of works after 8 years as governor of Lagos State.

4. *ALHAJI LAI MOHAMMED* was Tinubu's first Chief of Staff and Commissioner. Today, he is a Minister of Information.

5. *BABATUNDE FOWLER* was appointed by Tinubu as Chairman of the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service. He was the immediate past Federal Inland Revenue Service Executive Chairman in our country.

7. *SUNDAY DARE,* was SA/ COS to Tinubu, today he is a Minister for sports.

8. *BABAJIDE SANWO-OLU* was Tinubu's Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, he is now Governor of Lagos State.

*At the National Assembly* there are countless "Tinubu boys" who have occupied and are still occupying seats till today including N0 4 citizen of Nigeria, *Speaker, House of Reps*

Since 1999, the Tinubu camp has produced almost 98% of the members of the National Assembly from Lagos State. Forget politics, this man is a political enigma. Rewind to 1999, I am sure most of us have forgotten the names of the People who were elected Governors when he was elected governor too, some of them have gone into political extinction or gasping for breath politically.

Indeed, most of them are no longer relevant today.

Tinubu has not only managed to remain extremely relevant, he has continued to control Lagos politics 100%. Not only that, he manages to carry his boys along and today they occupy critical positions in our national life.

Take it or leave it, Tinubu is today, Nigeria's most powerful politician. It didn't just happen by chance. He worked very hard for it. Very very hard. The hallmark of a true and Born leader is not just the ability to rule well but also the ability to nurture and groom associates.

Tinubu is not like some other politicians in Nigeria, He is a goal getter.....

There is nothing he touches that doesn't excel.

- *NADECO*, He fought the Military to a Standstill.

- *AD excelled,*

- *ACN excelled* and

- *APC is excelling.....*

- *TVC* is one of the top TV stations in Nigeria.

*The Nation* is one of the leading newspapers in Nigeria, thereby creating Employment to many people.

- *He makes people,*

- *He follows up on them.*

- *He forgives routinely,*

- *He fights to teach not to kill*

- *He is a Pillar of Democracy,*

- *Mentor of great men*

*Please,Tell me* or Name a Politician that has this Records since more than 3 Decades ago.

*J-A-G-A-B-A-N is a great man politically...... is A JAGABAN OF NIGERIA

The same way he has people at heart, and he didn't do anything in Anambra state.

He couldn't make Anambra great, and you expect him to make Nigeria great.

He has people at heart, but he decamped to PDP one of those evil and corrupt party.

He has people at heart but was mingling with Atiku, and even was his vice presidential candidate. Birds of the same feather.

He has people at heart, and in 8 years, he couldn't solve the erosion issues of his state.

He has people at heart, but he moved to Lagos after rulling Anambra, he couldn't stay with his people, now he is in Abuja.
