It's all on the news - a black drug dealer got shot by armed response. He was also armed, but apparently didn't fire. He would have been seen as a threat though, so the police were well within their rights to take him down.

He fired that is why they shot him. .The bullet he shot got lodged in the officer's radio(lucky).
