If this story is true then I will tell u dat it will not sail through cos d public outcry against such will be overwhelming.Has it come to anyone's notice that most of the changes being said to be proposed by the presidency are not serious efforts at moving the country forward.Thay are all receiving knocks from different quarters. |

This bill is highly regrettable and of great disservice to the nation. It will embolden the would-be looters to stash away siphoned funds in foreign bank accounts. If the bill is truly aimed at Nigerians in Diaspora coming back to serve the nation then, the bill should seek to mainatain whatever accounts elected/selected government personnel have at resumption of duty. By so doing, the likes of Okonjo Iweala, Aganga etc can still have access to their foreign bank accounts. |
