I've lived in England and Germany for years still I'm yet to see a single project being commissioned even though I see construction works going on every now and then. Is commissioning of projects another mode of corruption in itself? What is the idea behind commissioning of a project? Why spend so much to commission a project ? I personally think it's about time we do away with such extravagant life. This is my submission.
