is Jonathan, from the north sir?
Ethno religious sentiment removed Jonathan. In all measurable KPI Jonathan outperformed Buhari. But what has kept Buhari there? Because he is from the North.

Wiked Wike for minister of defence for post election violence from Peter Pandora Obituary's supporters aka ipob terrorists

You should be more worried about violence in the North if Atiku loses. I have a fear that Boko Haram and Fulani Bandits activities will increase and will be supported by the elite just like they did against Jonathan.

Please separate IPOB from from Obidients. Obidients cut across all regions of Nigeria, IPOB are just a very small percentage of Igbos and (even a smaller percentage of) South South people (especially Akwa Ibom people).

It is very likely that regardless of who wins the election, IPOB and ESN activities may continue until the new government devices a strategy to smoke out and eliminate ONLY the bad guys in the forests (not innocent Igbos in their villages). The bad guys are the UGM and their supporters and enablers.

True Obidients will simply go back to their jobs and businesses and life continues until one day we get it right in this country or Christ comes and ends the world as we know it or the world implodes in a nuclear war catastrophe

You have just played into what Wike is saying. If the elections keep taking ethno religious sentiment when will someone from South become the president?
when the Yorubas realize that southern interest is more than their regional interest and not a mere convenience to be discarded when it suits them.

Tribal card you said?,you are not really getting where wike is coming from or going, if ayu steps down today everything will get back to normal, how on earth can the north produce presidential candidate, national chairman and BOT chairman at the same time,it doesn’t make sense nah

I don't think Atiku and his clique will bother themselves that much with wike or the other PDP renegades. The plan will be to hold on tight to their region which is the North and get the required percentage from the South.

Already the election is taking an ethnic/regional dimension just like I predicted and each region will want to vote for their man. Atiku isn't that smart, but a person like Tambuwal should be APC's major concern. The guy is smart, was once a speaker, have friends across party lines, etc.

Your assertions may be right but I think your wrong about Tambuwal, he is now been seen as a serial betrayer, Wike was actually his major friend in the south South and fought tooth and nail for him when it was his turn...now it seems he betrayed Wike most people are being cautious...but then again, there is nothing money and the thirst for power cannot do.

Wike doesnt need immunity from EFCC prosecution. Odili already procured that immunity for all past, present snd future Rivers governors long ago
RZArecta:
Fact of the matter is that Rivers State can never be APC no matter what Wike says or does. Amaechi tried and even rented crowd from other states but it didn't work out, they even tried federal might with Akin Fakorede but still no fúcking way. The best Wike can get with supporting Tinubu is immunity from prosecution by EFCC if unfortunately Tinubu becomes president of Nigeria cool

You are right. Here in the North, we people are watching as Wike and PDP ostracise Atuku just because of his background. They forget that if we are to do every region for his own, the south will never ever test the presidency because we have the numbers and we can have the percentages in the south from the sophisticated southern voters. Or we can....

remember, politics is a game,is either you win or loose.someone that doesn't have the spirit of sportsmanship shld not near it. That's what wike lacks in totality,he cannot always have it his own ways.

Just like Abiola said of the Igbos in 1992 and in 1993, all the whole thing was against him. He was arrested and sent to prison where he died as a prisoner.

Barely 30 years later, same thing is playing out again.

No wonder they said " Those who do not remember the past, are condemned to repeat it.

How many times will the Yorubas understand that their hatred for the Igbos will always destroy their leaders.

Like Awolowo,
Like Abiola

And now Tinubu.
