Rekhina: Lol. The Dubai candidate and the compulsive liar. What a pair. Ironically both from regions troubling Nigeria the most with SE currently burning because IPOB insist they must fight you "abokis" and Fulanis with violence. Go ahead and create an affiliation that is unworkable because of your hate of Yorubas. We no send una. We have emancipated ourselves from 'one Nigeria' mental slavery. We are now in year 2035 mentally and only focused on progress for ourselves and Nigerians who want progress. Unlike you people always voting your oppressors and slavers back into power. You can hate Yorubas all you want since Nigerians love living in denial to avoid their local oppressors in preference for attacking others. Just remember that Tinubu, or any Yoruba for that matter, is not the reason Northerners constitute 87% of the poorest people in Nigeria. Atiku, Kwankwaso and co are. If Atiku is the one ask yourself why, as a politician, he spends all his free time in Dubai rather than be using his considerable wealth and influence to create a better North , for his own people, as Bill Gates , an entrepreneur, and others do to secure a better world for people they are not even directly affiliated to. Most of your leaders watch you suffer and lag behind everyone horribly. They deliberate impoverish and under-educate you , so you remain blunt tools they can always use and subjugate, yet Tinubu and the Yorubas are your biggest problem? I pity you. 2 Likes 1 Share |

My observations: That poster does not belong to any "political party" All the candidates on the poster should be sanctioned by the various parties for anti-party activities. You can't be in one party and working for another. Lastly, an individual could have crafted that confusion and bring it to the public. Modified. I just took a look at the downside to see courtesy. That means I was right. Curated by an individual. |

MondayOsunbor: I don't agree with this. The political structure simply favors them. They have more options to choose from. This is why they will kill to maintain status quo. They love the central system of government we practice and are against the regional system which is closely related to true federalism. The north have the population and they have one voice due to their religion, this gives them the political edge, not necessarily their wisdom. The question is, why would someone in another region decide who would rule another person in another region? We have had people become president because the north voted in mass for them. My point is simple, we should not be practicing a central system of government because it doesn't suit Nigeria and the people of Nigeria didn't choose it, it was imposed on us. People in Kano for example should not be selecting a President for people in Bayelsa and vice versa. This way, we have more people who will be interested in voting and satisfied with the administration. Nigeria is a federation, but what are the federating units and what powers do they have? Federating units (regions) can develop if they are given all the power. We have not only been stagnant, but we are now neck-deep in murky waters because the power of the people to bring about change for themselves and their brothers have been short-changed because their voices have been drowned due to louder voices from the neighborhood, but for a change, give them gates and doors and the keys to these and let them lock themselves away and decide for themselves and see if they will not become unconquerable giants. - J. Corridon:this is the time to come together and join forces against Hausa/Fulani. If you check news lately, they(North) are porting to PDP from APC to support their own Atiku, while the west are busy fighting, North will grap power again. Nothing will be achieve, it's normal to have differences from history. Ability to get over it and move on can garatee success. |

But Atiku is still in APC in mind and spirit. APC is all about power to the north through Shettima as standby president for Tinubu, while Atiku is all about power remaining in the north. |

Samuel2255:yorubas are weaklings they are no threat to the north North is only scared of lossing Christian's which is more problematic because Niger Delta the oil provider is there Then they are steadily lossing the support of middle belt because of muslim Muslim ticket, if middle belt joins south then they are finished as just two regions alone Then you have issues with their own Christian brothers, I have not added Igbo biafra rant o So it's in the benefit of the north to make sure apc doesn't smell that seat |

I guess u ppl are irredeemably lost cuz ur forefathers contorted & distorted historical facts to suit ur narrative. Zik did win an election to d then Western region House of Assembly. He'd his newspaper, d West African Pilot based in Lagos. Not only that, another Igbo guy from Anambra Emmanuel Ebubedike became a lawmaker in a predominantly Yoruba region. This is just to show u how accommodating d Yorubas are. Mallam Umar Altine became d first Mayor of Enugu for purely political reason for Zik. It might interest u to know that Altine was a direct descendant of Uthman Dan Fodio & d exalted position of d Sultan of Sokoto Caliphate was his for d taking. He even married an Igbo. It's purely political calculation for his(Nnamdi Azikwe) own or his region's interest. Just give me one Yoruba man who became a politician from d Eastern region or a Yoruba politician in d Eastern region during those time? Continue denying d truth & d ignoble roles played by ur forefathers. Time will tell. ScamHunter: |

Let me say this for those who didn't know. In the north, Buhari is their political first born while Atiku is the second born. If the first born is not on the ballot, they automatically line up behind the second born. I have heard some indomie children here who said because Atiku lost his polling unit to Buhari in 2019 so Tinubu will also defeat Atiku in Atiku's unit in 2023. What a naivety! |
