No wonder they are seizing people's money without refund through failed P.O.S transactions, failed transfers and what not.
Transactions that should be reversed on the spot. The delay for as long as 6months in some case.
I knew something was fishy when they started this mass failure of transactions last week.

it has nothing to do with multiple taxation, between this company has only one physical office that barely works.

venture capitalist-funded companies like kuda are designed to make a lot of losses because their aim is to fast-track growth in order to look good for buyers and also for IPO.

they over spend on marketing and employment, they don't work like your typical bootstrap companies

Most ppl I know using them are doing so because of the free transfers and once they exceed that limit, they stop till the following month.. its that awoof mentality in us.

But a quick soln for them, start granting personal a day soft loans to users thus making use of their deposit

so you think people will stop using kuda cos of 10 naira after charge till the following month ? No no . If they do, which other banks will they go
