Update.

Since the last Emitee wrote and spoke with GERMAN007, it's been one excuse to the other, he actually had the guts to ask Emitee what gain was achieved by coming to spill the beans on NL. Further mail exchange between them was received with a none chalant attitude of "My lawyer is reviewing the content of the mail and will get back shortly".

i think german007 has spoilt business for all the pre order dealers. for me wen i wanted a car used www.exporttrader.com they deliver on time with no hidden charges and no stories. Nigerians everyday making business harder for themselves. if it were me id spend more money and lock him up till in eye clear

I believe they are all thesame, until I have evidence to think otherwise.

I think you should arrange to meet German007 Physically  and thrash Out your Refund Once and For all.

I don't know German007 and I have never Met him Physically, My assurance was based on the fact that Previous members that came to complain were Refunded or sorted out in a Way.

You may also Wish to Involve Third Parties Outside Nairaland Forum to Sort it Out.

It is appalling that German007 is using this auto section as a cover to do what he does to buyers and moderators are quiet about it.

I just hope one of the ‘today prompt delivering dealers on NL’ will not do the same tomorrow after all there’s probably no pressure on German007 to return the money he collected from Emitee.

@German007, one of the facts of life is that you cannot deprive a fellow human of his convenience and be comfortable(sooner or later you will pay Biiig time).
My two pence:-Refund Emitee’s money this week/month ; who knows it may even earn you NLr’s trust again.

This is just too sad, i bought d car i'm currently using & the one b4 if from 2 different nairalanders, i'm one who is known to always take risks like this but this kind of scenarios don't portray a good image for auto dealers on NL as i'm compelled 2 ve 2 think deep in my nxt dealings with a nairalander . & to also imagine dat this particular dealer (german007) has had this same issue b4, so so sad.

Actually just joined nairaland after being a spectator for soo long. It is painful seeing german007 ruin the good reputation himself and other nairaland dealers have amongst members here.
