She lives in the outskirts of the city in a 3 bedroom flat with young children, so selling provision is risky, children go chop am finish.

She has another free 3 bedroom flat she doesn't want to rent out, which can come in handy for whatever business.

She also has a small caravan, all in the same location.

We're looking at 400k to 500k investment.
