Tecnimont, a subsidiary of Italy’s Maire Tecnimont, was awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract worth £1.08bn ($1.5bn) for full rehabilitation of the refinery complex in April 2021. Tecnimont is the company doing the rehab. Google them. They actually seem like the real deal. This is not emeka offor and chrome wetin call |

Now, tell me if this hopeless and useless country is NOT dead and is awaiting burial. Those of you who still believe in your stupid ONE NIGERIA are nothing but FOOLS. The Fulanis never believed in One Nigeria. They believe in the mantra, "Fake it till you make it." They have been faking it until they are able to emasculate and enslave all of you. They never cared about One Nigeria hence they always talk about the interest of the north and never about Nigeria. Despite all this clear and convincing evidence, you see the southern politicians and their sycophants come on this platform and other fora to espouse arrant nonsense about Nigeria being one. Fools and Mad people everywhere! |

The simple solution is remove subsidy, and by extension end the free money from the government, and those refineries will be working in minutes. But because most people want .... Remove subsidy completely. Yes, fuel will cost N300 and more, but at the end, the jokes won't scam us out of our money again. |

Apc abracadabra, the more you look, the less your see. 54b on refinary yet not 1 drop of petrol. They are "phytin qwarrupsion". Under apc, super tankers come into our waters and steal crude, 250k barrels per day and government does not know about it. Yet you as an individual cannot row a canoe from into our waters without Nigeria navy intercepting you. No be juju be that? We are the only oil producing country in the world not cashing out from boom in oil price. Some over sabi will tell you Nigeria is not rich, we don't produce anything and other bull crap to explain why our currency is failing everyday, but I will tell you that the only reason is the wantom corruption never seen in the history of this country. Abacha time was child's play! Now folks want to hand the country over to an organised crime boss to finally finish it, I repeat, NO BE JUJU BE THAT? 1 Like |

This has been a norm for years, this issue is beyond the government,it looks like a parasitic cabal or organization that is doing this. I have been hearing of maintenance of refineries since obj administration. 1 Like 1 Share |

It is my Oga at the Top I blame ..assuming his refinery is already distributing products by now NNPCL would have been seeking to swap the moribund refinery for 1% share in his petrochemical firm, because I can bet the gbese this NNPCL refinery have incurred over the years and the cost to Turn it around might be more that their value. Anyway Oga Buhari well done Sir , I can see the light is a bit stable today...Make e no be like say we no dey praise you na. |

Precious money down the drain as usual. Refineries maintenance has always been a convenient means of siphoning money from the country by NNPC high echelons, and so will it continues till kingdom (or separation) comes. |

NNPC , from the early inception, was NEVER owned by Nigeria.- Prof. Pat Utomi ( quotation mine) It is actually a private company, being funded by the unsuspecting citizens of Nigeria. They are now a big monolith, a giant dreadful and satanic mountain, that any sane ruler must first bow down to. They are not answerable to Nigerians. Nigeria; is owned by the British elites, managed by the Fulani cabals and funded by the unfortunate unsuspecting demoralised, poor, ravished, enslaved, stolen-from, and blinded citizens, especially of the Niger Delta. |
