I can see Obi's English is hard for you to comprehend? Didn't you see where he said and "other states" (in a layman's English). So because he mentioned part of North Central States where flood is happening he should also mention Anambra, Rivers state, Bayelsa State etc. to make you happy so that you will stop crying about his tweet?
