Security Forces have arrested a 10year old bandits informant in Zamfara State. The 10year old said he had killed 3 people with his own hands by shooting them in the chest with a gun. A child under that age ought not to be convicted of any crime, since they are presumed not to have the mental capacity to have the necessary intent. And obviously, he’s been brainwashed to think it was for a good cause (and the 5-10k to drive the point home in his mind). The intention was to make him a killing machine.
