You don't play this type of bitter politics and survive. Whatever the outcome of 2023 will be, his party will deal with him. If they lost the election, he will be in soup. If they win the election, he will still be in soup.

PDP will deploy everything they have to uproot him from the party. Wike just want to hijack the party after the election that's why he is insisting that Ayu must resign before the election. Of course the PDP atiku camp know this.

The last preceding NGF chair was saraki from nortgh so nothing wrong with amechi.you can't tie NGF to presidential zoning.he was never going to win against tinubu and if he remained in pdp,he would have been irrelevant like odili as a northerner would have succeeded gej.at least he finished second.if tinubu was not around or was something untowards happen to asiwaju,amechi would be favourite.if amechi had aligned with Abe in 2019,perhaps apc would be in power or at least a good portion of rivers would be APC..
