Nnamdi Kanu's lead council, Chief Mike Ozekhome, has written to the AGF, Malami, letting him know that the Court of Appeal has struck out all the charges against IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, and that Malami has a legal and constitutional duty to release Kanu

He also let the AGF know that the Court of Appeal not only discharged and freed Kanu, but also instructed that the lower courts had no jurisdiction to try a person like Kanu who was illegally renditioned to Nigeria

With this ruling, Nnamdi Kanu can no longer be tried in any court in Nigeria
