socialmediaman: Hope Uzodinma didn't drag him this time. Buhari is the head of the police in Nigeria. The police is having a retreat in Owerri. Buhari attended the retreat; Hope was also invited as the chief security officer of the host state. This is how it is supposed to be. Government institutions should be moving their training and programs across the 36 states. Everything shouldn't be done in Lagos and Abuja.
