Lizzysamuel: Well 1.The case could have been transferred from the Police to EFCC. Happens all the time (eg..there was a case that NDLEA was investigating, that turned out to be a fraud case, after they made arrests...so they handed over to EFCC.) 2.The guy could have been freed on bail , and while awaiting trial, could have decided to indulge in crime...and was caught by EFCC. 3,The guy has committed different types of crime...one that the Police are investigating, and then one that EFCC is investigating . Police finished their investigation, and trial...now EFCC has taken over. (Yes, people can be wanted by two different organisations) Does not mean Nigeria is not serious...and at the end, EFCC runs a stricter game. 1 Like |

What I know is that Nigeria's fraud laws are lenient. Yahoo boys and politicians should be getting not less than 10 years imprisonment, depending on the amount of money involved or laundered. I won't even suggest killing them because Nigeria is so morally bankrupt to take such stringent actions. 1 Like |

FBI and CIA has paraded a wanted persons more than once. This is for obvious reasons such as: When a wanted suspect is still at large while he is involved in more crimes, hence he will be placed on another wanted list; When a wanted person has been arrested and further investigation reveals he is been involved in other crimes, the security agencies will issue further charges in addition to original offences/crimes. So there is no issue here that you want to use to talk down the entire country. 5 Likes |

The arrant nonchalance and reckless abandonment in his facial expression shows that Nigeria has a serious issue on her hands. He is seconds from smiling in his 2nd pix. |
