Oga Grizone! G-Trainee cannot be for 11 days, dey are likely experienced marketers coming for retraining. Dey don't need to be old. My 24 year old cousin is 2 years on d job already. #Justsaying

I just got an offer this morning from UBA through the Federal Government SURE-P program,i was given 5 days to accept or reject the offer.

I am also waiting like you guys to be invited for the UBA TS, which we all on this thread have been waiting, i had my medicals on the 10th of September.
Several other guys who applied for the SURE-P graduate internship program, have gotten offers this week from UBA and CHAM city, i advise you guys to go and apply for the SURE-P internship program pending when we are invited for TS. The SURE-P link is

I am also waiting like you guys to be invited for the UBA TS, which we all on this thread have been waiting, i had my medicals on the 10th of September.
Several other guys who applied for the SURE-P graduate internship program, have gotten offers this week from UBA and CHAM city, i advise you guys to go and apply for the SURE-P internship program pending when we are invited for TS. The SURE-P link is

@bulldog what don't u understand, SURE-P graduate internship program is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Finance. where graduates between the ages of 18-40 apply online on the SURE-P website, then employers source the database of SURE-P and identify graduates who fit into their organizations and notify SURE-P that they want to hire the identified graduates as interns/trainees for a year which after a year of internship the graduates are offered permanent employement if he/she performed well during the internship.
So in summary SURE-P acts as a job match maker between graduates and employers. I got the UBA offer courtesy of SURE-P.

now i'm cleared. Thanks for explaining. But these UBA get red eyes oh. Them get their own HR and still use a third party HR agents.

I will be reporting, @ their head office today Cos I was sent an sms by UBA to come over to UBA house Marina for an assessment test (oral/written) today by 12 pm, couple of guys did their assessment test two weeks ago, some of those that were successful were sent over to UBA Oregun branch @ kudirat Abiola way ikeja close to Ojota and they were asked to resume immediately and they are already being Trained PRACTICALLY with Hands on Training Experience as INTERNS/UNDERSTUDY @ the UBA Oregun branch unlike the Theoretical training they give @ UBA training school in Marina.
My Sure-P Employer Confirmation Form shows that I will be assigned. to UBA Oregun Branch, as long as I pass the test/interview today. The letter also shows I will function under Operations/Customer Care Assistant.
I was told questions they ask during the assessment are similar to those questions, they asked us during the UBA graduate trainee interview and also you will be asked questions relating to SURE-P.

it varies. My first interview lasted for 1hr. They asked where i did my service, what i did, how i applied the skills listed in my CV to my work, why i want to work for uba, which department i'll be competent in, what was my project in the university, how is my course of study related to banking, my Hobbies, proof of my skills(luckily for me most of my works are online), what is cashlite policy, latest banking reforms, whether i set goals and if Yes, where do i see myself in 5years... Finally they asked if i had any question for them(they were three in number) and i asked where their water dispenser is located cos my throat was parched . EVERY EXPERIENCE IS UNIQUE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO CRAM
