Victoria Beckham, the amiable wife of David Bechkam, world renown footballer and former captain of England national team. Victoria, a fashion designer and former Spice Girl has taken to advice from her doctors to start wearing flat shoes in order for her to heal slipped disc which affected her due to the fact that she barely (or never) wears flat shoes but always on high heels. Victoria, the 37-year-old mother of 4, whose last child, Harper Seven was given birth to in July; she was photographed going for a business meeting in Los Angeles with a flat shoe as against her normal way of dressing and life style; she wore a plain green dress that she paired with a black cardigan and hid her eyes behind big sunglasses.
