Hate or love him, Buhari remains the best Nigerian president judging from infrastructural angle and signing of positive developmental bills into law. I personally don’t like him but let’s call a spade a spade. The second Niger bridge for instance, other past presidents before him have been using that project for their campaign scams and a window for siphoning our collective financial resources (Obj and Oga Jona under whose Peter Obi was a stakeholder and today this same Peter is now a saint to some brained-dead children of hate and perdition). Security and Human Resources management- wise, Buhari remains the worst Nigerian president ever. Buhari’s government is synonymous to untold hardship and corruption.

To have a refinery working doesn't take much Nigeria government saw that as a loop hole to be stealing steadily.
Same as electricity, we can get a vessel platform that process crude as petrol, gas as well at our various offshore waters but the FG won't do that because of criminal characteristics in them.
