The policy is a good one. Let's not criticize with myopia. Shay you dey eat pass 100k food in a week ni in your house? There's no payment to be made that cannot be done via bank transfers be it school fees, fueling, large grocery shopping etc . Petty ones in local market you can't finish 100k on them. People in rural areas do not even finish 50k in a month.

Online Transaction with poor internet connectivity and a bad network from service providers
