To even think they actually gathered to be suggesting names for it is even appalling. What's more? They probably mobilised funds for that exercise and held the meeting in the choicest of places. undecided

LOL not even enough... Each state in Nigeria should budget nothing less than 5 trillion for any real first world development.


All this 100bn here and there are just palliative, maintenance budgets for no real multicrossectorial development.
