So much attention is wasted on presidents while we have 776 LGA chairmen who do so little for the grassroots!! Waste mgt, transportation, primary healthcare should not be an issue if they are doing their jobs well.

The very fact that most Nigerians are always blaming their president shows that not only is the average black man very lazy (it is easier to blame a scape goat (President) than to hold to LGA chairmen and fellow citizens to account).

It also shows the average black person has low iq because most ppl have this belief that everything lies with the president.

I can tell you that even if 350 LGA chairmen did their jobs and even if only 15 governors did their jobs, nigeria will not be as bad as it is today with buhari (though incompetent) as president.

Though Peter Obi is good, nigeria will not be good if nigerians dont decide to change their ways, if LGA chairmen are still not doing their jobs and if state governors are still committing their states into the hand of God instead of doing their jobs....

LGA chairman are powerless they are just governos PA they can be removed in a day

These LGA chairmen actually murder themselves just to get the position - and once they do get it - they have nothing to show for it. Who did this to blacks??
