I must be sincere to you , you have a shallow thinking faculty because if you are not going to be bias, Apc government has done well in terms of infrastructures and social amenities. Well in truth the thing is that you have to choose one. Many people don't know how poor many states are in nigeria.
You either pick paying of prompt salary and pension with little infrastructure like edo state

Or infrastructure drive like kogi state with half salary payments and few pension.

Or you pay salary and pension then borrow massively for infrastructure like Anambra state and osun.

Until each state can generate atleast 500bn annually na only mediocre infrastructure and 20k minimum wage for few thousand worker they go dey dish out.

Kogi, with all its natural resources shouldn't have any business being poor . The Governor is just a sitting duck, like his peers around the country, who go cap-in-hand to the FG every other month in the name of revenue allocation.
