you are still saying Rubbish.. in terms of infrastructure, he is not better.. PDP did better comparing their first last 8 years and comparing the first last 8 years of Buhari.. majority of federal roads we have was built by Obasanjo regime.. so there is nothing special about them building infrastructure.. and the infrastructure does not worth the standard of our current external debt..
