Hello everyone i need a help. i just bought a new bb curve 3 and it came with the latest bb messenger and ever since i am using it none of my contact is able to see my dp but i can see there's, please help me on this!!!

your bbm is presently running on version 4.2
all you need to do is downland version 4.5 from the blackberry app world

@ aluko360 thanks for the reply. but when i checked the properties of my black berry messenger its says its version 5.0.0, and there is no way to remove it and install the lower version, please help me out

ur bb os could be V 5.0 what of your bbm?
check blackberry app world, search for blackberry messenger and download a higher version

my bbm is 5.0.0.66 and when i logged on blackberry website and i tried to download bbm they said its already installed on my bb
