Tinubu didn't cos of 4 reasons:

1. Obi went their first and the reception was overwhelming. Tinubu doesn't want to seem like a second fiddle to Obi.

2. The Oba of Bini seem to tilt towards an Obi Presidency. His body language and comments speaks volume.

3. Tinubu want to prove a point that he can do without the Oba, and he remembered his past visit to Edo State during the governorship election and the disgrace. "Edo no be Lagos".

4. He still has a grudge on the Edo people and their Oba, he is only there in the first place cos he needs to scrape some votes.
